WHAT IS DISTRESS?

Distress is a short Public Service Announcement film which was made to spread awareness about the effect of mental health and stress on todays youth and how its weakening young people and how they often feel stressed in todays societal climate due to generational pressure of then being like the generations before them, the main message is that how times need to change and it needs to be noticed by all about how damaging it is to the wellbeing of young people.
